1. Definitions

1.1. Dispenser

Anyone or any organization assisting our licensed Pharmacists to dispense prescription medication and pharmaceutical products to patients.

1.2. "Us" or "We"

The entity owning and managing the DawaYetu Software.

1.3. DawaYetu Platforms

A software platform is a framework of software that is intended and designed to work together. Software platforms are curated to allow applications to work together seamlessly. In this context, we refer to DawaYetu website, mobile, and desktop applications.

1.4. Product

Any substance that is manufactured or refined for sale, and that can be a pharmaceutical product, neutraceutical, or any non-pharmaceutical item available for the market from us.


2. Terms of Service

2.1. Usage

By using our services, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below. Any variations to these conditions shall have no effect unless agreed in writing.

Every product from us has a unique number or a QR code. To earn some loyalty points, all you need to do is to scratch the product seals to unveil the code and send it via the app to grab points. Please do that just before selling any of our products.

We reserve the right in its sole discretion to block access to DawaYetu platforms where evidence indicates automation, robotic manipulation, programmed activities, or any misuse of our software whichsoever. That involves submitting codes of unsold products to us.

The DawaYetu platforms remain the properties of DawaYetu Softwares.

2.2. Membership

To use our platforms, you must be of legal age which is 18 years and above.

2.3. Payment Policy

You can redeem your loyalty points once they meet a threshold of 500. The loyalty points will be equated or otherwise converted to some amount in Kenyan Shillings. Disbursements will occur on the 10th day of every month.

The admin of DawaYetu also has the right to release payments to any dispeneser whose points meet the minimum threshold of 500. That can take effect anytime.

2.5. Legal Binding

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. In the event of dispute about meaning, the 'Swahili' translation shall prevail.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in effect.

2.6. Disclaimer

We will try our best to keep you updated about DawaYetu and major events organized by us. Kindly use our platforms responsibly. Although we promise to grant you the best we can, we will not be responsible for any damages, losses, provide guarantees, or give warranties of any kind regarding our services.
